What a Catch!

Welcome back to another year at Elizabeth Ide in PE!!  The start of this year has been a great one with students demonstrating what it means to be RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE and SAFE.  So far this year each of the grades has been working on different skills for a successful year.  2nd grade has been working on their teamwork and ability to be a great listener as part of a group.  1st grade has been working on our hand eye coordination through various activities and games.  Lastly,
Kindergarten has really explored spatial awareness and are having a lot of fun in PE learning new games!

A few things!

First off,  thank you to all the Ide families that contributed to the wonderful gifts for my son, Logan! We can't begin to express how grateful we are!

As the school year winds down, don't forget to check the ABC countdown calendar.  This week is M,N,O,P, and Q.

Lastly, be sure to check the district website for summer school enrichment classes! There are a lot of great opportunities after the school year wraps up!

Elizabeth Ide had a great JUMP ROPE FOR HEART event!  As a school we raised $9400.  Students spent the month of February really focused on heart awareness and learned to take their heart rate.  Thank you to everyone that supported the cause!


This month we will be recognizing Earth Week and taking an all school picture!
